This month in Liverpool will be held World Mental Health Week. It will be a great opportunity for us to reflect on what is for us a mental health and how to be happy on a daily basis.

Happiness is something different for everyone, but you can find there a pattern, accuracy and versatility. Liverpool Mental Health Consortium decided to write a recipe for happiness - 5 Steps to a good well- being, which can show us how we can help each other to be happy.

We would like to invite you to learn the universal five steps for everyday happiness. The workshop is intended to help you to understand how you can take care of your well-being and learn practical ways to relieve stress.

We are happy to invite you to participate in our Monday meeting. "Happiness is the only thing that multiplies when it is divided."
